Job Title: CRM Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced CRM expert to join our team and take charge of managing, optimizing, and enhancing our customer relationship management system. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled professional to utilize their expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM to streamline sales, marketing, and customer service processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Crm Administration: Manage and configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, including workflows, customizations, dashboards, and reporting.
  • Process Optimization: Analyze business processes and recommend improvements using CRM automation, integration, and customization.
  • User Support & Training: Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and training for CRM users.
  • Data Management: Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and security by implementing best practices in CRM data governance.
  • Customization & Development: Work with developers to enhance CRM functionality using PowerApps, Power Automate, and custom scripts.
  • Integration: Integrate Microsoft Dynamics 365 with other business applications such as ERP, marketing automation tools, and third-party APIs.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Generate insightful reports and dashboards to support business decision-making.
  • Compliance & Security: Ensure CRM configurations comply with data privacy and security regulations.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
  • Soft Skills:
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
    • Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
