Employee Relationship Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled employee relationship manager to drive employee engagement and productivity. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling discipline management cases, creating effective employee communications, and fostering a positive work environment.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Disciplinary Case Management: Assist in resolving disciplinary or grievance cases, acting as an arbiter between employees and line managers.
  2. Employee Engagement: Drive initiatives to increase employee engagement and productivity.
  3. Communication Strategies: Develop and implement effective employee communications strategies.
  4. Case Closure: Handle and close all discipline management, absenteeism, employee grievance, and indiscipline cases.

Requirements:

  • Excellent Communication Skills: Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Report Writing and Multitasking: Demonstrate strong report writing and multitasking abilities.
  • Education: Hold an MBA with a major in Human Resource Management or equivalent degree.
