Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Customer Relationship Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the accuracy and functionality of our database.

You will also monitor relationships with existing customers through our CRM system, develop and implement client engagement techniques to retain existing customers, and generate and execute sales & purchase agreements from all parties.

Additionally, you will hand over SPAs to customers and the document control department, scan all SPAs to maintain records, and collaborate with sales and marketing to identify and resolve customer support and technical problems.

You will also assist in the collection of installment payments, create memos for management approval on customer requests, and reconcile payments with the finance department.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills. You will also need the ability to adapt to a changing environment.

You should have highly proficient in word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation applications, and be inclined towards working in a technology-driven environment.

You will need strong analytical and management skills, problem-solving skills, willingness to travel occasionally, multi-tasking skills, creative skills, and time management skills.

Educational Qualification:

A graduation from a HEC recognized university is required.
