Gaditek is currently looking for an Agile Manager who will manage several projects with multiple Agile project teams and deliver agile projects that provide exceptional business value to users.

The incumbent must be a team player, capable of handling different roles at the enterprise and team level.

Responsibilities:
  1. Define the scope of projects to schedule regular and timely delivery of value.
  2. Prepare progress reports to deliver and present them to relevant stakeholders.
  3. Provide consultancy to the teams and remove roadblocks from their processes while holding them accountable for their commitments.
  4. Lead multiple agile teams for managing and executing multiple projects.
  5. Delegate appropriate people, processes, and tools to maximize teams' efficiency and productivity.
  6. Define, manage, and lead well-defined project management processes.
  7. Empower the team by ensuring that each team member is making the best use of their skills and efforts.
  8. Assist Product Owner in managing customers' expectations.
  9. Improve the capacity of project work by mentoring and developing team members.

Job Specification:
  1. Capability to lead multiple teams and utilize interpersonal skills like mentoring, coaching, collaborating, and team building.
  2. Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills.
  3. In-depth knowledge and understanding of business needs with the ability to establish/maintain a high level of customer trust and confidence.
  4. Proven ability to lead software development projects and collaborate with multiple teams and stakeholders for successful execution.
  5. Ensure objectives, goals, and commitments are delivered as per prior commitments.
  6. Proficiency and experience in using Agile Project Management tools such as Jira/Assembla.
  7. Demonstrated experience in using Microsoft Project, Visio, and all Office Tools.
  8. Familiar with OKR methodology.
  9. Excellent oral and written communication skills and experience interacting with both business and IT individuals at all levels including the executive level.
  10. Creative approach to problem-solving with the ability to lead the team with a solution-oriented approach.
