
Sales Account Manager

As an Account Manager at Cartlow, you will be responsible for onboarding new sellers, managing relationships, and driving revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives. Your primary focus will be enabling sellers to maximize their performance on our platform by leveraging omnichannel sales strategies and Cartlow's value-added services, including marketing packages and the "Trusted Batch" program.
Key Responsibilities:
- Seller Onboarding & Management: Identify, onboard, and nurture new sellers, ensuring a seamless setup process and long-term success on the platform.
- Revenue Growth: Utilize omnichannel strategies to help sellers scale their sales, optimize product listings, and enhance their overall performance.
- Value-Added Sales: Promote and sell Cartlow's marketing packages, advertising solutions, and trusted batch certifications to increase seller visibility and trust.
- Performance Optimization: Analyze seller sales data, identify growth opportunities, and provide actionable insights to improve conversions.
- Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for assigned sellers, addressing their needs, concerns, and business growth requirements.
- Market Insights & Trends: Stay updated on e-commerce trends, competitive landscape, and best practices to advise sellers effectively.
Requirements:
- E-commerce experience (mandatory) – preferably in marketplace platforms, recommerce, or omnichannel retail.
- Strong understanding of seller management, account growth, and revenue generation.
- Proven track record in sales, business development, or account management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
