
Business Development Executive-Upwork

Timing: Onsite Night Shift (6 pm to 3 am)
We are looking for an Upwork bidder and closer for design and development, who can think outside the box, bring new ideas to the table, and have a thorough understanding of the sales process.
Job Responsibilities:
- Identify potential clients and businesses on Upwork.
- Strong knowledge of Upwork/freelancer platform.
- Strong knowledge on how to tackle clients professionally.
- Exceptional negotiation and networking abilities.
- Proactively secure new business leads through strategic bidding and persuasive communication.
- Assess project requirements, conduct competitive analyses, and devise effective pricing strategies for successful bids.
- Professionally communicate with clients, presenting our portfolio and success stories to emphasize our expertise.
Requirements:
- 1+ years of proven experience in sales (design, animation, and development industry).
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Understands the full sales life cycle, is prepared to write sales proposals, and pitch to clients.
Salary: Market Competitive + Bonuses
Target: 2K-7K
