Job description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven business development executive based on Upwork and a Specialist for Website development project to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in generating leads, building strong client relationships, and driving sales growth. You should possess excellent communication skills, a strategic mindset, and the ability to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and outreach.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and project success.
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in business development or sales on Upwork.
  • Strong knowledge of sales techniques and market research.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • 3 months to 1 year of proven experience in business development.
  • Candidates with knowledge of Web development based on WordPress / Shopify and it's customization will be preferred.
