Cyber Advance Solutions is seeking a talented and customer-focused Software Support Officer to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, software support, and ensuring the successful implementation and maintenance of our software solutions.
Main Job Responsibilities
Provide timely and effective support to customers via various communication channels. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy, configure, and troubleshoot software applications. Gather and analyze customer feedback to inform product improvements and enhance overall customer experience. Develop and conduct training sessions to educate customers on software solutions and best practices. Participate in quality assurance processes to ensure software meets high standards.
Requirements and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proven experience in customer service or software support. Ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues. Familiarity with software implementation and training methodologies.
