About the Role

LDP Logistics, Inc. is seeking an experienced executive support specialist to join our team. This role requires a highly organized and proactive individual who can provide exceptional support to our executive team.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Proactive Support: Anticipate the needs of the executive team and provide support without needing constant direction.
  2. Calendar & Task Management: Coordinate and manage schedules, meetings, and events to ensure seamless operations.
  3. Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with the highest level of discretion and maintain confidentiality in all business matters.
  4. Communication: Act as a key point of contact for internal and external communications, drafting emails and preparing reports.
  5. Problem-Solving: Address challenges head-on by offering solutions and taking the initiative to resolve issues independently.
  6. Relationship Management: Manage relationships across the company and with external stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration.
  7. Advisory Role: Serve as a trusted advisor to the executive team, providing input on decisions and assisting with strategic planning and execution.
