As a Technical Talent Acquirer, you will be responsible for:

  • Identifying and sourcing top IT talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with hiring managers and other stakeholders to ensure a smooth recruitment process.
  • Developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to meet the needs of our organization.
  • Providing exceptional customer service to candidates and ensuring a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of recruitment experience, preferably in the IT industry.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as strong interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, advanced search, and Boolean search.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and resume databases.
  • Solid knowledge of various sourcing techniques, including social media and local job posts.
