Key Responsibilities include:

  • Manage end-to-end IT recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding tech talent.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and best practices tailored to the IT industry.
  • Oversee employee engagement, retention, and performance management strategies.
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and workforce planning.
  • Handle HR operations, including payroll, benefits administration, and compliance.
  • Lead training and development programs for continuous employee growth.
  • Address employee relations and ensure a positive workplace culture.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an HR Specialist in the IT industry (minimum 3-5 years).
  • Strong understanding of IT job roles, technologies, and hiring trends.
  • Hands-on experience with HR software (ATS, HRIS) and recruitment platforms.
  • Excellent knowledge of labor laws and compliance.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in technical recruitment and employer branding.
  • Familiarity with remote work policies and IT workplace culture.
  • HR certification (SHRM, PHR, or equivalent) is a plus.
