Human Resources Specialist Position

Job Description:

As a Human Resources Specialist at our organization, you will play a key role in managing our human resources functions, from recruitment to employee engagement. You will be instrumental in shaping our workplace culture and ensuring smooth HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding
  • Serve as primary HR contact for employee queries and concerns
  • Support appraisal processes and development initiatives
  • Implement and maintain company HR policies and procedures
  • Assist in payroll processing and benefits administration
  • Coordinate employee training programs
  • Ensure adherence to labor laws and regulations
  • Maintain accurate employee records and generate reports
  • Organize initiatives to boost workplace morale
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Minimum 3 years of progressive HR experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • In-depth knowledge of Pakistani labor laws
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Experience with HRIS systems (familiarity with specific software a plus)
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR software
