About the Position:

We are looking for a skilled Channel Sales Development Specialist to join our team at Nestlé SA. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing the Cycle Plan agenda, coordinating trade marketing plans/activities, and ensuring POP controls within the Region to support sustainable business growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Executing the Cycle Plan strategy, ensuring seamless implementation and alignment with regional goals.
  • Promoting adherence to company principles and policies by maintaining accurate records and inventory management of Regional POSM warehouses.
  • Leading the zonal sales promotion team, including merchandising teams, to achieve discipline, punctuality, and maintain performance records.
  • Implementing POP control procedures through regular inventory reports, minimizing POSM ageing and ensuring timely application of POSM materials.
  • Fostering market intelligence and providing Sales Promotion activation documents and competitor insights to SPMs on a monthly basis.
  • Managing company assets, such as sampling vans, booths, vending machines, Gondolas & Wire Stands, ensuring optimal utilization and maintenance.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3-4 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of delivering against Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Demonstrated ability to understand all sales functional areas, including Channel & Category Sales Development (CCSD), customer relationships, and distribution handling.
