
Sales Account Executive

**Job Description:**
This position is responsible for driving business growth from existing accounts and developing new accounts to achieve revenue targets. The role reports to the General Manager Sales & Subsidiaries and involves planning and executing sales strategies to meet overall company goals.
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships through pre-sales and post-sales activities, focusing on building relationships at the senior management level and expanding industry connections.
- Create strategic account plans that define a clear growth strategy across and within covered accounts.
- Identify and pursue new projects, develop project pipelines, and work on converting prospective clients into potential clients.
- Close opportunities/sales by reinforcing business value and KalSoft competencies.
- Collaborate with the Supervisor on disqualification of accounts, discounting, and pricing matters.
- Ensure customers deploy acquired solutions by coordinating with team members on deployment plans and working with customers.
- Coordinate effectively with solutions and services departments to ensure smooth and quality delivery of products and services on time.
- Prepare high-quality financial proposals for clients in coordination with the project management office and liaise with clients/accounts.
- Liaise with HR for matters pertaining to the HR domain, such as attendance reports, salary slips, leaves, hiring, and performance assessment.
