We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Senior Executive - Key Accounts (Corporate Sales) to manage and nurture relationships with our key corporate clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for understanding client needs, ensuring satisfaction, and driving sales growth through effective account management strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key corporate accounts, acting as the main point of contact.
  • Understand clients' business objectives, providing tailored solutions and recommendations to enhance their experience with our products.
  • Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts to drive increased revenue and market share.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams including sales, design, and production to ensure timely delivery and execution of client projects.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with key clients to assess satisfaction levels, gather feedback, and adjust strategies as necessary.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to effectively position our offerings.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate sales or account management, preferably in the furniture or interior design industry.

Skills & Behavior:

  • Proven track record of successfully managing key accounts and achieving sales targets.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to develop and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Excellent presentation and negotiation abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams to achieve common goals.
