About the Role

Steps Ahead Pakistan is seeking a seasoned Sales Territory Lead to spearhead our distributor management efforts in a designated territory. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills in sales, leadership, and strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Distributor Management: Oversee distributors and trade for the designated territory to achieve sales and operational objectives.
  2. Merchandising and Promotions: Implement effective merchandising and promotional strategies to enhance competitive visibility in stores.
  3. Joint Business Planning: Collaborate with customers to develop joint business plans, driving mutual growth and success.
  4. eRTM Optimization: Plan and manage electronic Route To Market (eRTM), optimizing routes for Direct Sales Representatives (DSRs) to boost productivity.
  5. Digital Transformation Support: Contribute to the digital transformation strategy for your territory, embracing innovation and technology.
  6. Business Acumen: Demonstrate strong business acumen, including financial knowledge and analytical skills.
  7. Team Leadership: Lead and develop an extended team, promoting talent development and accountability.
  8. Performance Analysis: Analyze performance data to refine processes and improve overall efficiency.
