Job Summary
We are seeking a results-driven Distributor Relationship Executive to manage distributor relationships and drive business growth in a designated territory. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills in sales, leadership, and strategic planning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Distributor Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors to ensure seamless operational execution and maximize sales potential.
- Joint Business Planning: Collaborate with customers to develop joint business plans, driving mutual growth and success.
- eRTM Optimization: Plan and manage electronic Route To Market (eRTM), optimizing routes for Direct Sales Representatives (DSRs) to boost productivity.
- Business Acumen: Demonstrate strong business acumen, including financial knowledge and analytical skills.
- Team Leadership: Lead and develop an extended team, promoting talent development and accountability.
- Performance Analysis: Analyze performance data to refine processes and improve overall efficiency.
