Job Description:

As a senior financial administrator, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, handling accounts payable and receivable, and managing profit and loss statements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Transactions: Record and maintain accurate day-to-day financial transactions, including recording debits and credits, and reconciling entries into the accounting system.
  • Accounts Management: Handle accounts payable and receivable, process invoices, and manage payroll in a timely manner.
  • Financial Statements: Enter data, maintain records, and create reports and financial statements to ensure compliance with local and UK laws.
Requirements:
  • Accounting Qualifications: A degree in finance or accounting, such as B.Com/ M.Com /MBA/ MSc in Finance/Accounting or Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA).
  • Experience: Minimum two years' experience in accounting/finance field, preferably in a UK-based firm.
  • Skill Set: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, ability to work quickly and accurately, produce high-quality work, and streamline functions.
Work Environment:
  • Remote Work: Work from home in GMT hours (08:00 – 17:00).
