As a Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for developing and implementing business growth initiatives, planning and executing marketing campaigns, and designing visual materials. You will also collect and analyze customer insights to inform marketing strategies, monitor market trends, and recommend adjustments to marketing and business development strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support business heads in developing business growth initiatives.
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns to drive business development.
  • Design and produce visual materials, including advertisements, billboards, and banners, ensuring timely delivery to target locations.
  • Collect and analyze customer insights to inform marketing strategies.
  • Monitor market trends and recommend adjustments to marketing and business development strategies based on analysis and feedback.
  • Conduct competitor research and stay informed about industry developments.
  • Collaborate with designers and printers to ensure high-quality output.
  • Maintain and update the customer database to ensure accurate information.
  • Organize events such as product launches, conferences, exhibitions, and sponsorship activities.
  • Conduct market research and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.

Social Media Strategy:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive social media marketing plan.
  • Create engaging content across various platforms to attract and retain customers.
  • Launch and manage social media campaigns to achieve business objectives.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with influencers and brand ambassadors to promote the company's products or services.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of social media campaigns.

Job Requirements:

  • At least 2-3 years of experience in social media and experiential marketing, with a strong understanding of brand management and customer engagement.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to make data-driven recommendations.
  • Proficiency in graphic design and digital marketing tools.
  • Experience in managing complex projects, building high-performing teams, and delivering results-oriented solutions.
  • Strong environmental and organizational awareness, with a deep understanding of regulatory requirements and team processes.
