Job Title: Assistant HR Manager

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced professional to support key Human Resources (HR) functions and ensure smooth operational efficiency in our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory regulations, and company policies across all departments.
  2. Develop and implement effective HR strategies that align with business objectives.
  3. Oversee payroll processing, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with tax laws, including salary reviews and benefits administration.
  4. Administer attendance and leave management systems, promoting employee welfare and work-life balance.
  5. Manage compensation and benefits planning, execution, and maintenance, including social insurance and taxation responsibilities.
  6. Coordinate talent acquisition, onboarding, and offboarding processes, ensuring seamless transitions for employees.
  7. Resolve HR operational issues in collaboration with relevant departments, maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
  8. Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records, reports, and data, supporting informed decision-making.
  9. Communicate effectively with government bodies, external partners, and stakeholders, managing compliance and regulatory requirements.
  10. Promote employee engagement, development, and well-being initiatives, contributing to a positive and inclusive work environment.
  11. Collaborate on HR projects and process improvements, driving continuous excellence in HR practices.

Requirements:

Preferred Qualifications:

Relevant experience in HR, preferably in a similar role or industry, would be beneficial. A degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field, along with certifications in HR or a related field, would be advantageous.
