Our company is seeking a seasoned professional to lead our operational risk management efforts. As Manager Operational Risk, you will be responsible for assessing and mitigating risks across various business units.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough assessments of operational risk by visiting sample units to evaluate control effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather control and risk metrics for monitoring KRIs.
  • Review policies, procedures, and products to identify gaps and ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Develop and implement mechanisms for incident reporting and loss database covering all near-misses and losses.
  • Analyze data to quantify operational risk using incident and loss modeling techniques.
  • Design and deliver awareness and training sessions at assigned branches.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in accounting, finance, risk management, or banking industry.
