Job Description

We seek a Meta Ads Performance Manager & Real Estate Expert to lead our ad strategy for real estate lead generation and conversions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Campaign Development: Develop, manage, and optimize paid social campaigns across Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Messenger) to generate high-quality leads and drive order conversions.
  • Funnel Optimization: Own the full customer acquisition funnel—from audience targeting and creative development to landing page optimization and sales handoff.
  • Analysis and Reporting: Analyze campaign performance, including cost per acquisition (CPA), cost per order, and return on investment (ROI), using advanced tracking methodologies.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the Marketing Department, sales, and customer service teams to ensure timely follow-up and maximize conversion rates.
Requirements
  • Experience: 5 years of hands-on experience managing Meta ads for lead generation and order conversion.
  • Skillset: Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, pixel/event tracking, custom and lookalike audiences, and attribution models.
  • Landing Page Alignment: Experience in full-funnel optimization, including landing page and sales process alignment.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Advanced analytical skills; ability to translate data insights into actionable business strategies.

This is a remote position that allows you to work from home. You will be part of a dynamic Marketing Department that values expertise, accountability, and innovation.
