Key Responsibilities:- Build a pipeline of high-quality sales candidates for multiple positions.
- Utilize social media platforms to discover and connect with potential candidates.
- Review online portfolios and resumes to pre-screen candidates.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and recruiters to identify position requirements and source candidates.
- Develop recruiting messaging and follow up with candidates.
- At least 2 years of experience as a Sourcer.
- Proficiency in using Greenhouse.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Effective time management skills.
- Advanced sourcing training is an asset.
