Job Title:

A tech support professional is needed to provide assistance with troubleshooting user queries and product enhancements.

  1. Main Responsibilities: Assist customers via phone and email, recommend product improvements, and train users on the product.
  2. Skill Requirements: Excellent communication, writing, and typing skills are necessary. Problem-solving skills and technical knowledge are also essential.
  3. Training and Development: Provide in-person training to customers and assist in quality control/bug testing of new releases.
  4. Documentation: Update online knowledgebase cases and release notes.
  5. Research and Development: Contribute to product development through research and documentation.

Education and Experience: A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or an IT-related field is preferred, as well as 2-3 years of experience.
