Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and communicative HR Assistant to support our HR functions on a daily basis. This role is responsible for providing administrative support to HR executives, ensuring the smooth operation of HR processes.

  • Compile and update employee records
  • Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations)
  • Coordinate projects and take minutes
  • Deal with employee requests regarding HR issues, rules, and regulations
  • Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves)
  • Communicate with public services when necessary
  • Properly handle complaints and grievance procedures

As an ideal candidate, you will have 8 years of experience as an HR Manager, Staff Assistant or similar position, along with basic knowledge of labor laws. Additionally, you should possess excellent organizational skills and strong communication skills. A degree in Human Resources or related field from any recognized university is also required.
