
Commercial Account Lead

We are on a mission to serve Meal for Every Table at foodpanda, and we need a skilled Commercial Account Lead to join our team.
About the Opportunity- As a Commercial Account Lead, you will be responsible for managing a cluster of accounts across multiple cities, ensuring commercial and operational KPIs are met.
- You will communicate progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
- You will develop new business opportunities with existing clients and identify areas for improvement to meet sales quotas.
- Forecast and track key account metrics, such as quarterly results and annual forecasts.
- Identify opportunities within the cluster of accounts and collaborate with the team to execute them.
- Track and manage operational KPIs of the accounts.
- Meet with vendors on a weekly basis with the Account Manager to discuss growth opportunities and overall performance.
- Manage and mentor a team, providing proper support, guidance, and development to achieve departmental goals.
What You Need To Be Successful
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Able to drive results across multiple KPIs.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
