About the Role:

In this role, you will provide high-level administrative support to our Country Director, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and anticipating administrative needs. You will also be responsible for preparing meeting briefing documents, taking detailed notes in key meetings, and supporting special projects and initiatives as needed.

You will have the opportunity to grow and develop your skills, working closely with our senior leadership team and contributing to our organization's success. We offer a dynamic work environment and opportunities for growth and development.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • At least 5 years of work experience, with at least 3 years supporting C-level executives in global organizations.
  • Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong research and analytical skills.
  • Strong project management and stakeholder management skills: ability to take primary responsibility for execution of diverse number of projects in timely manner with limited supervision.
  • Experience managing international travel and remote team coordination.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and virtual collaboration tools.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
  • Ability to maintain composure under pressure.
  • Complete discretion with sensitive information, both within the company and externally.
  • Flexibility to work across multiple time zones.
  • Self-reflective and aligned with Acumen values.
  • Permanent authorization to work in Pakistan.
