Job Role

The HR Generalist will be responsible for providing generalist HR support to the organization, including recruitment, talent management, and employee relations. This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment: assist with the recruitment process, including identifying candidates, scheduling interviews, and extending job offers
  • Talent Management: develop and implement talent management strategies to improve employee performance and engagement
  • Employee Relations: provide support with employee relations issues, including conflicts, complaints, and performance management

Requirements and Skills:

  • Relevant work experience in an HR Department is required
  • Demonstrable experience with Human Resources functions and best practices is essential
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are necessary
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
