Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled professional to provide exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will be responsible for receiving and processing incoming orders, managing customer inquiries, and coordinating with vendors to ensure timely deliveries.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Receive and process incoming orders, verifying customer information and ensuring accuracy.
  • Manage and respond promptly to customer inquiries across various platforms.
  • Coordinate with vendors to manage orders and deliveries.
  • Track and update replaced, returned, or unfulfilled orders.
  • Create and update product listings with accurate and detailed information.
Requirements:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Ability to resolve conflicts effectively.
  • Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in a customer service role.
