- Leadership Skills: Proven self-discipline, initiative, leadership ability, and outgoing personality.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills for interacting with diverse staff and clients.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to coordinate multiple tasks, handle pressure, and recommend solutions.
- Experience: A minimum of 8-10 years of progressive experience in sales, marketing, and operations.
- Age: Between 28-36 years old.
- Language: Fluency in Pashto is preferred.
