Job Summary:
Motivate the workforce with effective employee relations. A crucial role for HR professionals to drive resolutions, foster open communication, and maintain a positive work environment.

About the Role:
This position involves being a key partner to business leaders, facilitating unbiased resolution processes, and conducting thorough investigations of complaints and concerns. By assuming ownership of cases, monitoring progress, and ensuring timely resolutions, this role plays a vital part in maintaining a fair and productive workplace.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the main point of contact and ER investigator
  • Conduct thorough investigations with varying levels of difficulty and sensitivity, making recommendations on suitable resolutions
  • Monitor case progress, ensure timely resolution, and maintain accurate investigation logs
  • Identify, investigate, and resolve employee concerns or conflicts in an appropriate manner
  • Foster open-door communication and investigate complaints or legal charges
  • In consultation with Legal and HRBPs, develop and implement ER processes, plans, programs, and tools to enhance organizational capability
  • Participate in mediation and alternative dispute resolution when necessary


Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or equivalent in work experience
Experience: 5+ years in the HRBP domain, with 3+ years direct experience in employee relations and/or labor relations

  • Strong understanding of employment laws, particularly in Pakistan and India
  • Excellent communication skills
