type='1'>Supervise and manage administrative operations of all departments.Develop and implement administrative functions to monitor business operations.Manage and direct the activities of staff in an administrative set-up.Manage and supervise facilities functions.Interact with other department heads in managing entire administrative operations.Develop inventory control management systems for the inventory department.Assist and support front desk management in handling visitors and members.Assist and support financial department in preparation of budget and other reports and statements.Answer and route telephone calls to appropriate persons and members.Develop strong working relationships with senior management and administrative personnel for effective and smooth operations.

  • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
  • Very effective organizational skills.

  • Highly proficient computer skills including spreadsheet and word processing programs.
