Enrollment Representative Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Enrollment Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be contacting patients, explaining care programs, and enrolling eligible patients into chronic care or care plan management programs.

The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, customer service experience, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Contact patients for enrollment into Care Plan Management programs.
  • Clearly explain program benefits, requirements, and billing details to patients.
  • Obtain patient consent and document enrollment accurately in the system.
  • Coordinate with Care Coordinators and clinical teams for smooth onboarding.
  • Maintain daily/weekly enrollment targets and call quality standards.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and build trust with patients.
  • Update and maintain patient records in compliance with company policies.

You must have 1–3 years of experience in healthcare BPO, medical billing, or patient support roles.

Key qualifications include:

  • Education: MBBS, Pharm-D, Nursing, or Physiotherapy
  • Strong telephonic etiquette, persuasive skills, and empathy.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and basic computer proficiency.
  • Ability to work evening/night shifts to support U.S. clients.
