We are seeking an accomplished Data Architect to spearhead the development and optimization of our data infrastructure. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of modern data engineering tools and best practices, as well as exceptional leadership skills to mentor and guide a team of data engineers.
The successful Data Architect will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable data models and schemas, ensuring high availability, performance, and reliability of our data systems. They will collaborate closely with analytics, data science, product, and engineering teams to deliver high-quality, trusted data.
To be considered for this role, candidates must have at least 7 years of experience in data engineering, with a minimum of 2 years in a lead position. A proven track record of leading end-to-end data initiatives from design to production is essential. Additionally, they should possess strong knowledge of data warehousing, data lakes, and modern data platforms, as well as expert-level SQL and proficiency in Python/PySpark.
