
Human Resources Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Junior Human Resources Coordinator to support our team in Islamabad. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, with a strong understanding of HR principles and practices.
Main Responsibilities:- Coordinate recruitment efforts, including job postings, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.
- Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring seamless transitions.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases, adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Help organize training sessions, events, and performance reviews, promoting employee growth and development.
- Assist in preparing HR documents, such as contracts, letters, and reports, maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
- A recent graduate or 0–2 years of experience in HR or administration, with a strong understanding of HR principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with colleagues and candidates.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive, with a keen eye for accuracy and efficiency.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace, with experience in relevant software and tools.
- Eagerness to learn and grow within the HR field, with a willingness to take on new challenges and responsibilities.
