Talent Acquisition Specialist:

  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top-tier talent within the financial services industry.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and ensure the right fit for each role.
  • Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, LinkedIn, networking, and employee referrals, to build a strong talent pipeline.
  • Conduct initial candidate assessments and coordinate interviews with relevant stakeholders.
  • Maintain an up-to-date candidate database and recruitment reports.
  • Ensure a seamless candidate experience and provide timely updates to applicants.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance recruitment processes.

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably within the financial services industry or related field.
  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of the financial services market and its talent landscape.
  • Proficiency in using ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and other recruitment tools.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
