
Customer Support Operations Manager

Coinbase is seeking a highly skilled professional for the role of Customer Support Operations Manager who can develop strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and resolution rate, streamline operations and processes, and drive performance improvements for the network.
The ideal candidate will possess 12+ years of experience managing multi-level CX Operations teams, 3+ years of experience managing operations in a volatile/hyper-growth environment, and be able to work on multiple projects at once.
This role requires strong problem-solving skills, emotional intelligence, and expert communication abilities.
Responsibilities:- Develop CX metrics/KPIs, establish reporting mechanisms, and consistently monitor and deliver results at the team and agent level
- Lead complex projects and operational process improvement initiatives using Kaizen and Lean Six Sigma methodologies
