Job Title: Talent Development Specialist

We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented professional to support the delivery and management of ongoing learning initiatives for our workforce.

This role focuses on enhancing employee capabilities through targeted programs, ensuring that professional standards are maintained and career growth is actively supported.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate the planning and delivery of learning programs across departments.
  • Maintain records of employee participation and progress in training activities.
  • Work with internal and external trainers to deliver subject-specific learning modules.
  • Support the creation and update of development pathways and learning materials.
  • Monitor compliance with policies and professional standards.
  • Gather feedback on sessions and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry and regulatory requirements.
  • Assist in integrating learning initiatives with the organization's broader strategy.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in professional development, training coordination, or a related HR role.
  • Understanding of CPD frameworks and principles is preferred.
  • Strong administrative, coordination, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with LMS platforms.
Additional Qualifications (Preferred):
  • Relevant certifications or CPD-related training (e.g., CIPD, SHRM, ATD) are a plus.
