
Talent Development Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Talent Development Specialist to join our organization.
The primary responsibility of this role is to oversee the development and implementation of strategies to enhance employee skills, knowledge, and performance.
This involves identifying training needs, designing and delivering training programs, and evaluating their effectiveness.
In addition, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing attendance records, salary calculations, and benefits administration.
They will also provide guidance on HR-related matters and ensure that all policies and procedures are followed.
A key aspect of this role is building strong relationships with employees at all levels, providing support, and addressing any concerns they may have.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with others.
They will also have a thorough understanding of employment laws and regulations, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Responsibilities:
Implement and improve existing HR policies and procedures
Develop new strategies and policies to meet business needs
Communicate effectively with employees from diverse backgrounds
Maintain accurate records of employee data and benefit information
Manage attendance, salary calculations, and benefits administration
Provide guidance on HR-related matters and ensure policy compliance
Foster a positive working environment and promote employee engagement
Plan team-building activities to enhance employee experience
Oversee performance appraisals, employee recognition programs, and talent management initiatives
Collaborate with management to address employee demands and grievances
Analyze HR metrics and provide decision support to management
Manage recruitment and selection processes for future projects
Prepare employees for assignments through orientation and training programs
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate when necessary
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or related software
- Thorough knowledge of employment laws and regulations
