About the Role

The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving product strategy, supporting sales teams with technical and business expertise, and engaging with customers to define solutions that align with market needs. This role requires a strong understanding of A2P messaging, CPaaS, and telecom industry regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support sales teams with technical and business expertise in A2P & B2B messaging.
  • Engage clients, identify needs, and propose tailored VAS solutions.
  • Deliver product demos, PoCs, and presentations for potential customers.
  • Prepare technical proposals, RFPs, and commercial offerings for enterprises and telecom operators.
  • Align product capabilities with market demands through collaboration with internal teams.
  • Stay updated on A2P messaging, CPaaS, competitor offerings, and regulations.

Product Management:

  • Define product roadmap & strategy for A2P, B2B messaging, and CPaaS solutions.
  • Work with development teams to prioritize features and integrations.
  • Oversee VAS product lifecycle for continuous improvement.
  • Develop go-to-market strategies, product positioning, and competitive analysis.
  • Track product performance, customer adoption, and revenue trends.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance for enterprise messaging solutions.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in Presales/Product Management within Mobile VAS, CPaaS, A2P Messaging, or Enterprise Communication. Strong knowledge of A2P SMS, RCS, OTT messaging, USSD, IVR, Voice & B2B platforms is required. Experience with messaging APIs, SMSC, SMPP, SS7, and cloud-based solutions is also essential.

Candidates should be able to translate technical solutions into business value, create proposals & deliver impactful presentations. Expertise in product roadmaps, feature development & telecom industry regulations is necessary. Strong cross-functional collaboration with sales, engineering, marketing, and customer success teams is required.
