Position Summary:

The Regional Education Manager – Multan plays a pivotal role in delivering quality education at schools through leadership, team management, and efficient execution of educational programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Mentor and motivate teams to achieve productivity and engagement by fostering a culture of care and growth.
  • Ensure delivery of quality education through implementing and monitoring inputs, and tracking students' learning outcomes.
  • Design and implement plans for educational interventions and methodologies to meet goals, and share progress with peers and teams.
  • Develop and execute student enrolment and retention plans in coordination with area teams.
  • Lead school visits, classroom observations, and staff meetings to ensure implementation of policies and plans, provide constructive feedback, and support Area Teams and Schools for improvement.
  • Analyze interventions, resources, student results, and teacher performances to ensure alignment with set goals.
  • Engage communities through Area Teams for effective school management and community development programmes.
