About the RoleThe Enablement Business Partner drives the development, execution, and continuous improvement of enablement programs for global sales teams.
You will play a key role in architecting initiatives that accelerate ramp time, elevate performance, and cultivate strong pipelines for promotions.
This role has departmental impact, owning critical projects across teams and collaborating cross-functionally to advance organizational objectives.
Key Responsibilities:- Design, lead, and iterate comprehensive onboarding and continuous training programs for global sales teams.
- Architect and execute departmental enablement strategies in partnership with sales leadership, business operations, and product teams.
- Drive departmental projects of diverse scope, introducing new perspectives and innovative solutions to elevate sales development performance.
- Implement advanced analytics frameworks to measure enablement impact, synthesizing sales data, KPI attainment, ramp cycle metrics, and stakeholder feedback.
- Serve as departmental subject matter expert, educating, advising, and influencing adjacent departments and functional initiatives.
- 4+ years of experience in sales enablement, training, or business development within SaaS, technology, or high-growth environments.
- Exceptional presentation skills, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Expert-level knowledge of sales development processes, outbound/inbound strategy, analytic frameworks, and enablement methodologies.
