We are seeking a seasoned Service Delivery Manager to lead our team in delivering high-quality AI services to revolutionize road asset management.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in service delivery, with a strong background in managing large and diverse teams. They will be responsible for managing, mentoring, and driving our service delivery team, comprised of data analysts and technicians, while collaborating with internal stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop project plans and schedules to meet client requirements.
  • Manage the service delivery pipeline, including project initiation, documentation, quality control, and project delivery.
  • Lead service delivery activities to ensure all client requirements are met, including resource management, scheduling, and quality assurance.
  • Develop detailed documents such as pipeline specifications, quality control guidelines, and project reports.
  • Liaise with the technology team to provide insights into resource availability and technology requirements.
  • Develop and implement a structured approach to project management, ensuring quality parameters are met within budget and schedule constraints.
  • Provide stakeholders with visibility on project status, roadblocks, schedule status, and other relevant information.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Computer Science; US graduates and Master's degree holders preferred.
  • 6+ years of experience with a proven track record in service delivery, especially in project management of AI-based technology solutions.
  • Ability to devise a structured approach to service delivery management through project coordination, planning, and delivery.
  • A keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering high-quality services.
  • Proficiency in project management tools such as Monday.com, Jira, or Asana.
  • Effective and convincing communication skills in both oral and written English.
