- Manage Client Life Cycle
- Collaborate with internal teams to fully optimize the client experience
- Collect feedback and suggestions from clients and work out appropriate action plans
Skills and Experience Desired:
- BS or MS in IT, CS, SE, Telecom, or related fields.
- 3+ years of IT or related experience.
- Interpersonal skills: telephony skills, communication skills, active listening, and customer care. Strong English Communication Skills.
- Diagnosis skills of technical issues.
- Ability to multi-task and adapt to changes quickly.
