We are a leading manufacturer of high-quality LED lighting solutions. We are currently seeking a skilled Sales Executive to join our team and contribute to our success in the electrical/electronic manufacturing industry.

Job Details

This role will involve developing and executing sales strategies to meet company goals and objectives. The successful candidate will possess exceptional communication and negotiation skills, a strong professional network, and a proven history of achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Management: Identify new business opportunities and establish strong relationships with existing clients to drive revenue growth.
  • Sales Planning and Execution: Develop and execute sales plans to achieve company targets and objectives.
  • Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research to understand customer needs and preferences and stay informed about industry trends.
  • Customer Engagement and Retention: Foster long-term relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Product Presentation and Negotiation: Effectively present and demonstrate products to potential customers and negotiate contracts to close sales deals.
  • After-Sales Support and Customer Service: Provide excellent after-sales support, including addressing customer complaints and resolving issues promptly.
  • Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Prepare accurate sales reports and forecasts for management.
Requirements
  • Professional Experience: Proven experience as a Sales Executive in the electrical/electronic manufacturing industry.
  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Skill Set: Strong communication and negotiation skills, excellent interpersonal skills, results-driven with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with LED lighting products and technology is beneficial.
