Technical Support Specialist

The technical support specialist plays a pivotal role in bolstering our Product Support Team, collaborating closely with Global Operations to ensure seamless outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Analyze system logs and provide comprehensive resolution to assigned tickets.
  2. Deliver Level 2 support and expert troubleshooting for escalated queries.
  3. Perform configurations and thorough testing in prototype environments.
  4. Deploy configuration changes in production settings.
  5. Handle real-time production issues and offer optimal solutions.
  6. Assign/escalate issues to relevant teams with detailed information in a timely manner.
  7. Effectively communicate complicated issues to all internal and external stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
  8. Analyze/user requirements and create detailed technical specifications.
  9. Ensure efficient delivery of all assigned projects/tasks.
  10. Provide project estimations and collaborate with Team Lead and GOPS management to guarantee successful deliveries.
  11. Work closely with Customer/Client support, Relationship management, IT, Development, and other Operations teams to ensure effective outcomes.
  12. Maintain and review the knowledge base.
  13. Familiarity with database systems (SQL, Postgres, Ignite is an asset).
  14. Knowledge of FIX Protocol is an asset.
  15. Ability to work on-site or remotely in Karachi.
  16. Excellent communication skills.
