Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned Global Sales Head to lead and scale our global sales operations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving revenue growth in the fintech SaaS industry, building high-performing sales teams, and expanding into international markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales Strategy & Leadership:
    Develop and implement a sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and business growth objectives.
    Lead and mentor a high-performing international sales team across key regions.
    Identify new market opportunities and drive expansion into untapped geographies.
  2. Revenue Growth & Market Penetration:
    Define and execute strategies to increase sales pipelines and conversion rates.
    Establish strategic partnerships to drive customer acquisition and long-term growth.
    Collaborate with marketing teams to enhance lead generation efforts and brand visibility.
  3. Client Relationship Management:
    Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, enterprise accounts, and strategic partners globally.
    Understand customer pain points and tailor solutions to meet their fintech compliance needs.
    Act as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring long-term partnerships and customer success.
  4. Product & Market Expertise:
    Stay updated with industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory changes in the fintech and SaaS sectors.
    Work closely with product teams to align solutions with market demands and customer feedback.
    Provide insights on product enhancements based on client interactions and market trends.
  5. Sales Operations & Performance Monitoring:
    Develop KPIs and metrics to measure sales performance and ensure accountability.
    Leverage CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to track and analyze sales data for informed decision-making.
    Optimize sales processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  6. Collaboration & Cross-Functional Alignment:
    Work closely with internal teams (marketing, product, compliance, and customer support) to ensure seamless customer experience.
    Collaborate with the finance team to develop pricing strategies and revenue forecasting.
  7. Negotiation & Deal Closure:
    Lead complex negotiations with enterprise clients to close high-value deals.
    Develop proposals and sales presentations to pitch solutions effectively to global clients.
    Ensure legal and regulatory compliance in all sales contracts and agreements.

Requirements:

  1. Experience:
    At least 10 years of experience in global B2B SaaS sales, with at least 5 years in fintech sales leadership roles.
    Proven track record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets in international markets (USA, UK, Europe, Canada).
    Experience in selling fintech products such as KYC/AML compliance, payment solutions, or digital onboarding platforms.
  2. Skills & Competencies:
    Strong understanding of fintech compliance regulations (e.g., GDPR, PSD2, AMLD, CCPA).
    Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
    Strategic mindset with the ability to drive data-driven sales decisions.
    Expertise in CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales automation tools.
    Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills with enterprise clients.
  3. Education:
    Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
    Certifications in sales leadership or fintech-related programs are a plus.
  4. Other Requirements:
    Ability to travel internationally as needed.
    Experience in working with cross-functional teams across different time zones.
    Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
