Enterprise Sales Executive

We are a dynamic HR tech / fintech startup with a strong focus on innovation and growth. We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Executive to join our onsite team in Lahore, Pakistan.
This person will play a key role in driving sales and revenue growth, building client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities. They will also be responsible for managing inbound and outbound leads, as well as our CRM system.
Responsibilities:
- Drive sales and revenue growth through new business development
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Set up new accounts and onboard data
A typical day for this role would involve:
- Collaborating with our team of passionate individuals working towards a common goal
- Building and maintaining client relationships
- Driving sales and revenue growth
- Managing inbound and outbound leads
- Managing our CRM system
Requirements:
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in sales or a related field
- Proven track record of success in achieving sales goals
- Strong negotiation skills to secure win-win deals
- Experience in the tech industry (especially SaaS solutions) is a plus
- Fluent in Urdu and English for effective communication
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
