Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Manager to join our team. As an HR Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping the company's culture and ensuring that all employees have a positive and productive work experience.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources management, with experience in recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, payroll, training and development, labor laws and regulations, talent management, and performance management.

You will be responsible for developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and programs that align with the company's vision and goals. You will also provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including disciplinary actions, terminations, and employee complaints.

In addition, you will be responsible for analyzing data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement, and making recommendations to senior management on how to improve HR processes and systems.

  • Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters

  • Recruit, select, and onboard new employees

  • Stay up-to-date on labor laws and regulations and ensure compliance

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a call center environment
  • Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and procedures
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
  • Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively
