Job Overview

We are seeking a results-driven Key Account Executive to manage and grow relationships with key clients in the FMCG sector.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Account Management: Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients to ensure long-term business success.
  2. Sales Growth: Achieve sales targets by identifying new business opportunities and expanding existing accounts.
  3. Client Support: Act as the main point of contact for key accounts, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction.
  4. Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to develop effective sales strategies.
  5. Sales Reporting: Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to management.
  6. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, marketing, and supply chain teams to ensure smooth order processing and timely deliveries.
  7. Contract Negotiation: Negotiate terms, pricing, and agreements with clients while maintaining profitability.

Requirements

  1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  2. Experience: 2+ years in key account management, sales, or business development, preferably in the FMCG sector.
  3. Key Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills, with proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
  4. Additional Qualities: Ability to work independently, manage multiple accounts, and drive revenue growth.

Preferred Qualifications

  1. FMCG Sector Experience: Experience in managing large retail or wholesale accounts in the FMCG industry.
